People from all over the world have travelled to Auckland to make it their home, bringing with them their hopes, their dreams, their culture, and their faith. Visit the beautiful Shree Swaminarayan Temple to meet members of the Hindu faith, learn some of the stories of how they came to New Zealand, what they believe, and how they have woven their lives into the fabric of Tamaki Makaurau. There will be a tour of the venue, a brief talk by some members of the congregation, an opportunity for Q&A, and light refreshments. This event is organised by the Auckland Inter-Faith Council to promote understanding of the diverse faiths of our city.
- Date – 12th October Saturday
