Other ingredients such as paneer is freshly made within the facility and not sourced from external vendors. Many of the masalas used are also made in-house to ensure no adulteration.
In addition to catering for large events, the vegetarian kitchen also caters for freshly cooked savories (namkeens), delicious Indian sweets and snacks which are available for purchase in smaller quantities from the counters in the Swaminarayan Temple and the adjoining Swaminarayan Complex. The sweets are freshly made and large quantities can be made to order.
